Transport & Traffic Arrangement by District Administration, Gaya on the Eve of Pitrapaksha Mela.

A. PARKING PLACES FOR BUSES & VEHICLES
Sikaria More Bus Stand. Only for Bus
Play Ground (Khel Parisar) Of Gaya College. Only for Bus
In The Foothills of Pretshila Hill. For Bus and Small Vehicle
In The Campus of ITI /Polytechnic. For Bus and Small Vehicle
In The Campus of Sun Temple (Surya Mandir), Kendui. Only for Bus
• Parking fees are not required for parking of Vehicle.
B. Arrangement of Parking for Small Four Wheeler Vehicles in & Around Mela Area.
1 No vehicle will be allowed to enter route leading from Chand Chaura East Crossing (chowk) towards Vishnupad Temple area. No vehicle will be allowed to enter route leading from Bengali Ashram to Vishnu pad Temple Area. Only Mela Ring Buses & vehicles carrying passes (special permission ) issued by SDO Sadar, Gaya will be allowed to enter route leading from Bengali Ashram to Bus stop situated in front of Tulsi Park.
C. One Way Traffic
Following Routes will be used only as One –Way Traffic for Vehicles:-
1 Koribari More on the eastern side of Digghi Talab   ⇒⇒ Tillha Dharamshala (Eastern part)   ⇒⇒ Chand chaura east chauk   ⇒⇒ Chand chaura west chauk   ⇒⇒ Rajendra Ashram Road   ⇒⇒ I.M.A Road (one way)
2 Pir Mansoor Chowk in GB Road to Pilgrim Hospital Crossing will be used for One Way Route for going towards north (Patna). I.M.A Road (one way)
3 Manpur old bridge more to Kiran Cinema (Kali Mandir)   ⇒⇒ Tower Chauk   ⇒⇒ Ramna Road   ⇒⇒ Mittal Mosaic   ⇒⇒ Pir Mansoor Chowk will be used for One Way Route for coming From Patna.
4 4. Small vehicles can use Nagmatia Road in Swarajpuri Road to reach Gaya railway station. Bata more route to reach railway station will be closed for the Small vehicles.
5 Bata more will open for Railway station to Swarajpuri Road route.
6 Bodhgaya / Manglagauri to Shamir Takiya route will open for vehicle movement.
7 Straight movement of vehicle will be restricted in Shamir Takiya to Manglagauri through Godabari.
8 One Way Route for going to Mangla Gauri/Bodhgaya from Shalimar Takiya: -
Shamir Takiya   ⇒⇒ Chand-Chaura West Crossing (Chowk)   ⇒⇒ Narayan Chuan Crossing (Chowk)   ⇒⇒ Bangali Ashram   ⇒⇒ Brahmsat Talab   ⇒⇒ Narayani Mai Bridge   ⇒⇒ Mangla Gauri/Bodhgaya
For Bodhgaya this route can be used: Narayani Mai Bridge   ⇒⇒ Gaya-Nawada Main Marg   ⇒⇒ Ghunghari Tand Chowk   ⇒⇒ Kendui   ⇒⇒ Bodhgaya.
